VOICE LESSON

The voice is closely connected to both our emotional and physical states. While words can be chosen carefully, the quality of our voice often reflects what is happening beneath the surface. Difficulties with singing or vocal control are therefore not only technical, but can also be influenced by tension, emotion, or habits held in the body.

These singing lessons offer a supportive space to explore your voice with curiosity and care. Sessions may include singing favourite songs, gentle vocal exercises, and developing healthy vocal technique, while also noticing and working through areas where the voice feels restricted or effortful. The focus is on regaining ease, confidence, and connection across different vocal ranges.

All skill levels are welcome. Whether you are new to singing or returning to your voice, you are invited to bring a playlist you love and enjoy the process of exploring and strengthening your voice in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

Depending on your needs, each lesson can be conducted in 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
