COUNSELLING

If you are looking for a space to talk through personal challenges, navigate important decisions, or gain deeper insight into yourself, we offer affordable one-on-one counselling in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.

My counselling approach is trauma-informed and draws on attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed) principles. I am particularly passionate about supporting people experiencing trauma, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and periods of emotional overwhelm or transition. I also have extensive experience working with neurodivergent and culturally diverse individuals.

Alongside professional training, my own lived experience of cultural integration informs my work, allowing for a nuanced and compassionate understanding of identity, belonging, and adjustment. Sessions are available in both English and Mandarin.

If you are feeling stuck, isolated, or unsure of your next steps, counselling offers a space to be heard without judgement. I work collaboratively with clients, supporting them to explore their experiences, reconnect with inner resources, and find ways forward that feel authentic and meaningful.

 

With a background in the music industry, I also welcome young creatives seeking guidance, reflection, and mentorship around their personal or professional journeys.

Each counselling sessions can be conducted in 1 hour.
