Led by a Registered Music Therapist and Counsellor, we offer integrated therapy as well as singing and songwriting lessons for those seeking to develop a creative skill for wellness and self-care purposes.

We believe in the innate wisdom of the body. While talking can help us make sense of our experiences, creative expression, such as music and songs, provide space for emotions to be felt, held, and given voice.



WHY MUSIC
Music is a universal language. It moves through the body, shapes our emotional states, and gives form to our lived experiences. Through music, we can reach outward, express what words cannot, and feel seen and heard.
Music therapy is an evidence-based allied health profession that supports people to improve their health, functioning, and wellbeing. It offers a non-invasive, personalised approach, responsive to diverse needs — from mental health recovery to physical rehabilitation and supporting people living with dementia.
